Ingredients
2
pounds
boneless skinless turkey breasts
or chicken breasts
10.5
ounces
cream of chicken soup
any "cream of" will work
¾
cup
sour cream
1
cup
chicken stock
or broth
6
ounces
stuffing mix
whichever flavor is your favorite
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Place turkey into the prepared slow cooker and season with seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, onion powder, etc.).
2 pounds boneless skinless turkey breasts
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and stock.
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup,
¾ cup sour cream,
1 cup chicken stock
Gently stir in the stuffing then spread it on top of the turkey.
6 ounces stuffing mix
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
Serve!
Notes
Any "cream of" soup will work. Chicken or onion are my go-tos.
Use your favorite flavor of stuffing mix.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
