Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are perfectly fluffy and tender on the inside with a crispy skin on the outside. Dress them up with toppings or keep it simple with butter and salt & pepper.

Ingredients

russet potatoes
scrubbed and dried

Teaspoons
olive oil

Teaspoon
kosher sea salt
plus more for serving if desired
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for about 10 minutes.
Wash, dry and prick each potato with a fork.
4 medium russet potatoes
Drizzle each potato with oil and sprinkle with salt.
4 Teaspoons olive oil,
1 Teaspoon kosher sea salt
Place 2 to 4 potatoes in your air fryer, depending on size.
Set air fryer to cook at 375°F for 35 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
Use tongs to remove potatoes from the air fryer basket then carefully cut a slit in the top of each one.
Add desired toppings & enjoy!
Notes
Use 2-4 potatoes, leaving space for air circulation.
Add toppings like butter, bacon, cheese, chives, sour cream, and pepper.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for a few days or freeze wrapped potatoes for up to a year.
